A. Start and end times:

CHECK-IN B&B ROOMS: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
CHECK-IN APARTMENTS 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM B&B ROOMS
CHECK-OUT B&B ROOMS: 10:00 AM
CHECK-OUT APARTMENTS: 9:00 AM

B. A deposit of approximately 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained in full or, if agreed with the manager, “frozen” for a future stay.

The guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation if they cancel within 14 days of arrival.

The remaining balance will be paid directly at the property.

We accept payment by bank transfer within 4 days of departure.

C. Arrival and departure dates are binding! In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked period will be charged.

D. ONLY IDENTIFIED PERSONS, i.e., FARMHOUSE GUESTS, MAY ACCESS THE PROPERTY.

E. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

F. Animals are not permitted.

Extra: Tourist tax of €1,50 per person per night. Children under 14 are exempt.
